Here's my 20 year old Orvis 2 wt. I occasionally use for sightfishing mud trout. Notice it's bent about 2' past the butt. I've used it for many real trout and smallies and even some stripers. The mud trout in the pic was 12-13 lbs. Some of the old Orvis rods really had some strength. I gave most of mine away to young guys starting to flyfish.
